Experimental Investigation of Development and Optimization of U-TUBE Pitot Static Tube Anemometer

    Abstract

    Wind speed measurement always have been key factor in many fields like weather assumption, aviation etc. pressure anemometer had been utilized for wind measurement much before modern velocity anemometers were introduced. In proposed work a pressure tube anemometer system was developed at low cost and can perform for most of the environmental condition. This proposed anemometer system is easy to fit with desired machine, and can register wind speed of 5m/sec and above.
